The O-Shot

The o-shot

The O-Shot, or Orgasm Shot, is a great nonsurgical procedure which uses platelet-rich plasma (PRP) to stimulate cell growth and rejuvenate the vagina. This rejuvenation has shown to relieve urinary incontinence and enhance sex. Women who receive the O-Shot report greater clitoral arousal, smoother vulva, stronger and more frequent orgasms, increased sexual desire, increased natural lubrication, and a higher sex drive.

Because this treatment uses platelet-rich plasma derived from the patient’s own bodily fluid, there is no risk for reaction to the injection. The whole treatment process takes less than 10 minutes!

How Does The O-Shot Work?
The O-Shot is a PRP (platelet rich plasma) based injection, meaning the injected material is derived from your own body fluid. Blood is drawn from the arm and put in a centrifuge where platelets are then separated out. These platelets release growth factors which create the basis for female sexual enhancement. After numbing with an anesthetic cream, using a very thin needle, the growth factors are injected into the clitoris and into the upper vagina—an important area for sexual response.

Are There Side Effects?
As the injected material for The O-Shot is based on the patient’s own body fluid, side effects should be minimal: lumpiness, rejection, infection, and allergic reaction are not typical. Side effects may include swelling, redness, bruising, and pain as is typical with an injection. There are no reported reactions to PRP prepared by an FDA approved kit in any part of the body.

Is The O-Shot Right for Me?
The O-Shot is a safe and affordable treatment for many women, though some may desire results that the O-Shot alone cannot fulfill. While the O-Shot may enhance your arousal, orgasms, and sex life, it is not a replacement for great sex. As with all aesthetic treatments, results cannot be guaranteed. Those with reasonable expectations from the procedure and who are in good general health typically see the best results. Only a consultation can truly determine if the O-Shot is right for you.
